There are several options for collaboration at the municipal level - regardless of a concession contract. Statled Brasil assumes the ownership of the public lighting system and manages it in line with the public-private partnership agreement.

The services Statled Brasil will provide are set forth in a service and/or work contract: From maintenance to operation and modernization when necessary.

Statled Brasil may also only provide consulting services, such as analyses or calculations for potential savings or seeking funding sources.

Reduction of power consumption by using LED technology

When it comes to public lighting, both emotional and rational aspects play important roles: On the one hand, well-lit streets provide security; on the other, power consumption and maintenance generate operational costs. LED street lighting can allow for great potential savings without giving up security, because it reduces the consumption of electricity and, thus, CO2 emissions. In addition, LED lamps are durable, require little maintenance, they are much brighter, and the light can be directed more accurately than conventional street lamps.
